Worked with customers to assess needs and communicate those needs to internal sources.  Worked closely with the design department to assure robust and accurate designs.

§     Contributed to increasing tool room sales 300% in a period of less than five years.

§     Responsible for tooling estimating, tooling sales and some stamping sales (1993 - 1998).

§     Contributed as a resource for computer development and troubleshooting.

§     Resident at the Harley-Davidson Product Development Center on a “sign-and-go” basis one day a week to help facilitate concurrent engineering.
